WE WENT TUBING!!!!!

We are all CRAZY proud of our FEARLESS little brother STEPHEN, who jumped at the chance of tubing for the very first time!! In the picture, Papi is giving Stephen a little push to get him going!!

I'm very, very, VERY sorry to say that those are all the pictures we got on the slope....you see...umm....our camera....it kinda....well...froze.

It was kinda like a ZAP! BOOM!! BAM!! That's it...no more camera.

Just kidding!!

The battery drained after a few mins, but what can you excpect at -20!

Happy Thanksgiving!!

Winter here is pretty simple. There are only five BIG things you have to worry about:
1.Frost bite

2.Freezing to death

3.Getting locked out, and then freezing to death

4.Dying of a heart-attack while plowing your drive-way (or just by walking in your snow-gear)

5.BRAIN FREEZE!!!!!

Number 5 was captured (dramatically) in this picture.

But....that doesn't mean we just stop eating snow, cause we don't.

Obviously snow is ssssooooo yummy that it's worth the pain of a small brain freeze.

Shaking trees is something we've always done...

....but the REAL fun, is getting TONS of snow down the back of your jacket!!!

After that you unwillingly do a little dance, while trying to get the snow BACK OUT of your coat!!

The ONLY thing that anybody wants to do after shaking a tree, and getting snow down the back of their jacket, is run inside and tear off their coat off.

Just last night, Papi and Katie fixed our truck's brakes....so now they work great!

desperate times call for desperate measures......or something like that.?!

Family Fun

Sooo, yesterday Papi got home from Sitka!!! We're all SUPER HAPPY he's back!!!

The best part of it is, we can finally PUMP UP the FUN!!!

Last night we decided to play the "Family Fun Game!" Here are some photos...

I don't know If you've ever played the family fun game, If you have, then I'm sure you know about some of the CRAZY FUN challenges in there!! Here we are doing some of them...

Andrew and I had to stand up back to back without using our arms for support...while balancing plastic frogs on top of our heads!!!

The guyz got stuck with this crazy STUNT...They had to flip four FROGZ through a play dough hoop, that Stephen and Papi made, before time ran out!!!

It was a TON of FUN!!! You should seriously look into this game!!!

Snow!

Well that does it!!! It's official. Winter has started in North Pole!! Time to bring out the (very trendy) knee high socks and scarves...bummer.

Maybe sometime later this winter we'll have a "Most interesting sock or scarf contest just for fun!!"

Who knows what we'll do this winter, cabin fever can drive anybody mad!!!

Quick Update

Since our last post,

• Fall came and went
• Papi shot a moose & brought back its head

But what we saw when we looked out our windows this morning was.....SNOW!!!!! Unfortunately, it all melted before I could get any pictures, but no worries, before you know it it'll be 60 below zero and we'll have three feet of the cold flaky stuff on the ground!!!!

Camping Trip

This weekend we all went on a camping trip with some friends from church to the Girstle River near Tok. We got to visit some old friends on the way through Delta Junction, which was fun.

While we were there, Andrew, Papi, Ryan, and Mr.Armor went rabbit hunting on 4-wheelers. They came back with one nice sized rabbit and a cute little bloody squirrel!! Way cool!-Anna
